The ₹2,000 Crore Splash: HCCB’s Avinya Plant Goes High-Speed

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd (HCCB) has announced the commissioning of a first-of-its-kind high-speed Kinley water production line at its Avinya manufacturing facility in Telangana.

The Avinya plant, also known as the Telangana Greenfield Factory (TGF), is among HCCB’s most advanced manufacturing units and has been developed with a planned investment of over ₹2,000 crore. The facility currently houses seven advanced production lines and serves as a key hub in the company’s regional manufacturing network.

According to the company, the plant now ranks as the fastest within the Coca-Cola India Southwest Asia (INSWA) system. The newly commissioned line can produce 500 ml PET bottles at speeds of up to 1,350 bottles per minute and 1-litre PET bottles at up to 1,000 bottles per minute, setting new benchmarks in manufacturing speed, efficiency, and precision.
